32-year-old American Julia stands for perfection in her work. The backstage business is in her blood and she travelled the world at a young age with her parents. Both of them worked as successful ballet dancers for Walt Disney, among others, and she soon found herself working behind the scenes of the world’s largest stages. There’s no typical day for her, and her dream was always to become one of the best make-up artists in the industry. Her talent was recognised early on and, after training as a hair and make-up artist, she worked with the backstage team at the New York Fashion Week. As head of make-up for numerous designer shows, she now works for international brands such as Maybelline New York and Yves Saint Laurent. International VIPs such as Nicole Scherzinger are some of her trusted clients.
